Maternity YOGA CLASSES
Our yoga is focused on the changing needs of the body, whether that body belongs to a mama, child or partner.
We believe in a mama-centered and family-centered approach to yoga.
Our teachers know the pregnant body well, many having experienced pregnancy themselves.
Our teachers are also familiar with how to adapt yoga foundations for infants and small children,
making our Baby & Me and Toddler offerings exceptional to say the least!
Community is established and thrives in our classes.
Mamas come for prenatal and build true friendships, coming back for Breastfeeding Group, Baby & Me, Play Groups and more,
finding the mama 'hood to be a central part of their experience as new parents.
