Baby & Me Yoga

Regain your strength & energy, assisting your body in the transition after birth. Enjoy interactive poses with your baby, engage with a community & share information, experience and birth stories in a supportive environment.
This class is tailored for moms with babies age 4 weeks to 1 year.

Kids Yoga

Designed for children ages 4-8 years old as an introduction to yoga through a fun and playful atmosphere. Children will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, movement and meditation in this creatively themed hour-long class. (Parents can stay if they are willing to play, or drop your child to play for the hour and take some time for yourself!)

Family Yoga

In this fun family class we will practice partner poses that strengthen our relationships as well as our muscles. Enjoy this special time with your child & partner while you learn and grow together.
All ages & abilities welcome and encouraged!

Toddler Yoga

Share the practice of yoga with your toddler(s) in a fun, playful space and observe how your entire family grows and evolves.
This class is tailored for crawlers to age five.
